December 2010 – The 2010-2011 Nursing Department Compensation Report, published by Hospital & Healthcare Compensation Service (HCS), is now available to the healthcare industry. The Nursing Department Compensation Report is a comparative study of nurses and aides in hospitals, nursing homes and home health agencies across the U.S.

This year’s Report, which contains data from 4,461 healthcare facilities across the nation, revealed the following top nursing salary positions (national 50th percentile):
